14-day cancellation

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order and return it within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty on our side, we accept the return within 5 to 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for these returns is paid by the buyer.
